May 1st saw the release of an exciting project by the DJ coalition Shadyville Caribbean. The 3 European members decided to join forced and bring you an exclusive mixtape called ‘European Union’! More then 1 hour of exclusive remixes, crazy blending and exclusive tunes and dubplates all mixed together for your listening pleasure.
Shadyville Caribbean is a network of top Caribbean influenced dj’s from around the world. The project was founded by Dj Genie from Miami and is a part of the Shadyville dj’s, which is founded by Dj Whoo Kid (50 Cent’s dj) and affiliated with Eminem and G-Unit. Although the members of this network are primarily from the USA & Caribbean it also features 3 of Europe’s leading dj’s in the Dancehall scene.
From France we have Daddy & Hypa (D&H), notoriously for their world renown remixes and mashups. Holland is being represented by Dj WaxFiend, known for rocking parties all over Europe and founder Holland’s leading Dancehall & Reggae concept: Jamrock. Out of Belgium the man behind the successful concept and worldwide syndicated radio show ‘Slowbounce’ recently joined the team: Dj Septik. He came with the idea for the European dj’s to join forces to bring you a collaborative mixcd.
Hard work was put in and the idea became reality and the cd is now available! It features exclusive tunes, dubplates and remixes by artists like Konshens, Busy Signal, Red Rat, Maikal X, Kari Jess, Mr Vegas and much more! Mixed and remixed in a way that is unique to the Dancehall scene this cd will make a huge impact on the European scene!
